WHERE.VS. it has been represented to me that one Archibald McDougald. late of the County of Cumberland, di.I on the i;7th day of February last, iu said County, kill and murder one Thomas Munroe, and that the said McDougald is a fugitive from justice, and hag escaped beyond the limits of this State. Now, to the en.l that the said .Archibald .McDougaM may be arrested and brought to trial for his saiil of fence, 1 do hereby issue this niy Proclamation, offeriug a Reward of Two Hundred Dollars for his apprehen sion and delivery to the Sheriff of Cumberland County. DESCRIPTION. McDougald is about lift}' years of age. of light hair and complexion, blue eyes, of quick speech, has a scar on the face near one of his jaws, weighs about 1(15 or 17" pounds, is addicted to intoxication, and while drunk is turbulent and troublesome.
